McKinley Heights, St. Louis / Residential
Self-designed three-story family home built almost entirely by minority tradespeople. Scrap-stick feature wall near the dining area, foundation-stone steps, 1800s soda bottles unearthed on site, and a first-floor bedroom for Kevin's mother-in-law. Featured by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Single-family infill on a long-vacant lot, built by X3 LLC (Kevin's pre-Kaelo firm) as part of a multi-home program along the 4300 block of Washington Avenue. Permit value $250,000. Covered by NextSTL.
